Robert Clegg is the Quality and Compliance Manger at Queen Creek Community Hospital in Bisbee, AZ. In addition, he is a Certified Core Faculty Member for the College of Professional Studies at National University in La Jolla, CA. Most recently, Dr. Clegg was a Professor/Faulty Lead, Health Administration Programs in the School of Health Sciences at Northcentral University. He was also the Lead Faculty Area Chair (LFAC)/Certified Faculty Member for the College of Health Sciences/Nursing at the University of Phoenix – Central Valley Campus. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Clegg served in the not-for-profit healthcare sector and proudly served in the United States Navy.
Academically, Dr. Clegg earned both his Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master of Public Health at Fresno State, and a Doctorate in Human Services with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration (graduation with distinction) from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. Furthermore, he is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
Dr. Clegg’s areas of research primarily consist of patient safety,
quality of care, hospital accreditation and compliance, public health
and health promotion.
