If the submitted article is found with any plagiarized content above the accepted percentage, errors, copyright issues, infringement, multiple submissions, fake claims of authorship, fraudulent use of data, violation of ethics then on discussion with editors the article will be withdrawn.

Authors can retract the article within 6 days of initial submission and can be made with writing to the journals coordinator. If this Retraction occurs due to conflicts of interest in between the authors after receiving the review comments/ after the acceptance of the article, then they have to pay 100$ to Coalesce Research Group, as this involved with the other services related to the processing and publication of the article, i.e., from manuscript to the full proofed article which involves plagiarism check, online tools for the editors and reviewers for the strict peer review process, abstracting and indexing, production services (HTML, PDF and XML versions), proof reading, management, development and marketing for the promotion of the article online. In such case, a Retraction Note (with proper justification) with the title of the article need to be signed by all the authors/ Editor-in-Chief/ Editor and will be published along with the article.

If the author needs to remove the article, it should be made in writing to the editorial office specifying the correct reason. In such situation the article will be removed and it is replaced with the text stating that the article has been removed due to specified reason (by author) under the given title and list of authors. Refund is not applicable for the removal of article.

We suggest making any corrections before publication of the article and in any case the corrections which are mandatory and significant are to be done then author needs to write a letter to the editorial office with proper justification and corrections to be done. The changes should any have any conflicts of interests from any of the authors of the article. After acceptance of the changes by Editor/Editor-in-Chief then only the article will replaced with the corrections/corrected article.

For publication of manuscript, we require additional personal and payment information such as your name, credit card number or PayPal and mailing address, which will be kept secure with us and not shared with anywhere else.
