biography

Vincenzo is an assistant professor in particle physics at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". He holds an MSc in Physics (nuclear and sub-nuclear physics) and a Ph.D. in Physics (particle physics) from the University of L'Aquila. Vincenzo is a particle physicist studying rare processes in underground laboratories, such as the Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS). In particular, he works on the study of the Dark Matter of the Universe, the double beta decay in various isotopes, and different types of rare nuclear processes. He is an expert in rare events investigations using and developing high radio-purity scintillators or ionization detectors.
