Joanna Studzinska was born in 1975 and live in Lublin in Poland. In 1999 completed the
master's studies at the Faculty of Humanities of the John Paul II Catholic
University of Lublin, in the field of history, and in 2000 – completed the
master’s studies at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the
John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in the field of law. 8.III.2006 –
obtaining an academic degree of doctor of legal sciences in the field of law.
In 2016 entried on the list of legal advisors of the District Bar Association
for Legal Advisors in Lublin. In 2006 – 30.09.2017 she was the full–time
assistant professor at the Department of Civil Proceedings of the John Paul II
Catholic University of Lublin. From 01.10.2017
- 30.09. 2019 she was full–time assistant professor at the Department of
Civil and Labour Law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and now she is
employed as associate full –time professor of Kozminski University in Warsaw,
head of Division of civil procedings, Department of Civil Law. From 1 February
2013 she was employed as a judge’s assistant in the Civil Chamber, now she is
employed as specialist for jurisprudence in the Civil Chamber of the Supreme
Court. She is the author of numerous studies and monographs. The practical
experience resulting from working as an assistant judge in the Supreme Court
resulted in the diversity of research conducted by Joanna Studzi?ska. The most
important research areas, are evidence proceedings, non–litigious proceedings; enforcement
proceedings; informatization of civil proceedings; entities in civil
proceedings and effective judicial protection in civil proceedings. She participated
in numerous scientific conferences, and at many of them she presented papers. She conducted training for legal advisers,
bailiffs.
