Orlando Armando Elguera Ysnaga is from Peru. He completed his Major in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru, and also Bachelor of Science with a Major in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru. Studied for Master of Science with Major in Chemistry from National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru. He did Doctor of Science with Major in Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry from University of São Paulo, São Paulo-Brazil. Now he is working as an Independent Consultant in Environmental Matters of Mining and Sustainable Development.
