Sadi Alawadi holds a Ph.D. in Computer science/AI with honor from the Research Center of Intelligent Technologies (CiTIUS) of the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, in 2018 and a Master's degree in Softcomputing and intelligence system, 2012, from Granada University - Spain. During the last two years, he worked as a postdoc for the IOTAP Research Center at Malmö University, Sweden. Currently, he is working at the Department of Information Technology, Division of Scientific Computing, Uppsala University. His main research lines include IoT systems, IoT middleware, End-User Development in the IoT, Machine learning, Deep learning, federated learning, transfer learning, Smart cities, and their related systems, Bigdata, Real-time analysis, Dimensionality reduction, digital forensics-incident response, data visualization Context Awareness, and Blockchain.
