He is a Professor at the Graduate School of Health Sciences (Faculty of Medicine) Gunma University (Japan). He has participated in a number of cognitive science and immunological research projects, in particular, social cognitive immunology in animal models.•Drug discovery experiences. •Have demonstrated experience and understanding in immunology, and immune modulation of infectious and liver diseases. •Possess exceptional scientific expertise in immunology and scientific areas relating to immunological, infectious, and liver disease. •Possess strong knowledge of immunology, bacteriology, and liver diseases including the scientific background and literature. •Have considerable knowledge of technologies/concepts in a broader scientific field. •Have bench experience with a proven, published track record. •Being a team player, creative, and strive for scientific excellence. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Be able to perform/collaborate in a group/team-orientated environment. •Clinical laboratory experience: 4 years of experience in clinical examination including bacteriological, immunological, hematological, biochemical, and urological assay. •Scientific expertise: Over 30 years of experience in behavioral and immunological research at Osaka Kessei Clinical Laboratories, Osaka University, Nara Medical University, Nagoya University, Ulm University, Kitasato University, Max Planck Institute for Infection Biology, and Gunma University; strong academic background and a Ph.D. in Bacteriology from Nara Medical University, known for comparative cognitive science.
