Sisay Shewasinad Yehualashet is an Assistant professor in the Department of pediatric nursing in Government University at Debre Birhan University, Ethiopia. I am a graduate nurse of MadaWalabu University and an MSc in child health nursing from Addis Ababa University and have clinical, academic, and research experience for more than 9 years. I have had training on basic computer skills, Systemic review, and Meta-analysis, R-software, SPSS, Stata 14, and Endnote. The training helped me to look at the ways of enhancing problem identification, prioritization, and implementation strategies to improve the health services of a given community. My research interests were on Maternal and Child Health, Reproductive health, Quality of care, youth, and adolescent health. I have published more than 26 papers in reputed international and national journals. I participated in different qualitative and quantitative research.
