Pancreatic Cancer and Colorectal Cancer

Pancreatic cancer is the cancer caused in the tissues of the pancreas which lies in the lower part of the stomach. Pancreas plays the vital role in digestion of fats, carbohydrates and proteins buy producing necessary enzymes. The cancer becomes aggressive with fewer symptoms which include abdominal pain, weight loss, diarrhoea, blood clots, depression and jaundice. Treatments include surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. When the tumours develop gradually it interfere with the work of the pancreas.

Cancer that affects the colon and rectum is known as Colorectal cancer. It is also known as bowel cancer, colon cancer, or rectal cancer. Cancer begins in the larger intestine. The symptom includes constipation, diarrhea, changes in stool color, changes in stool shape, such as narrowed stool, blood in the stool, bleeding from the rectum, excessive gas, abdominal cramps, abdominal pain. Cancer begins with the polyps which develop in the inner wall of the colon or rectum as it grows older. Over the time it becomes colon cancers.
