Parveen Bazard is a Research Scientist at Global Center for Hearing and Speech Research, Medical Engineering Department, University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, USA. He did his masters from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India and doctoral and postdoctoral studies at University of South Florida, Tampa, Florida, USA. His doctoral research was focused on the development of next generation neural stimulation methods (Nanoparticles Enabled Optical Stimulations) for auditory and sensory prosthetic devices. Currently, he is working on drug development for prevention and treatment of hearing loss.
