COVID-19 is the present global problem. From its first report in China, the disease rapidly spread worldwide [1]. The disease occurs around the world resulting in more than 104 million cases. The vaccine becomes the new hope. Many COVID-19 vaccines are presently available and there is a rapidly increasing of demand. The vaccine trade becomes the present important global issue and there are many considerations on marketing, trading and politics [2]. Transparency of national level purchasing becomes a common question worldwide. Some countries might order and get the ready to use vaccine for vaccination to their populations. The other might select to have knowledge adoption. The local pharmaceutical company might co-invest with the world leading vaccine companies for local production of vaccine to serve local populations. The knowledge adoption is useful and can promote the scientific education and transfer. However, the important issues are on the fair trade. Sometime, the unfair trading might occur such as only one company can export vaccines to an area. Additionally, the variation of prices occurs worldwide. The problem of inequity might occur and it is the important consideration on how to help poor countries to get sufficient vaccine during the crisis.
