Setting: Comfort Nursing Home, a private hospital in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Subject/Audience: Neurosurgeons/Neurologists/Residents Intervention: Demonstration of endoscopic third ventriculostomy in narrow foramen of Monro and its steps were intervened.
Results: Avoidance of complications like intraoperative injury to the vital structures like mammillary bodies, basilar artery etc were achieved successfully.
Conclusion: The steps of endoscopic third ventriculostomy is well established. Prior anatomical concepts particularly identification of anatomical structures, surgeon's experience are key to success.
