Dr. Qiyin Lin is currently an associate professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. He received the Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University (2014), and the B.S. degree in Vehicle Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology (2009). Dr. Lin is the recipient of several research awards including the Outstanding Prize of the China Machinery Industry Science & Technology Award in 2018, and the First Prize of the Shaanxi University Science & Technology Award in 2018.
Dr. Lin now serves as the standing committee member & deputy secretary-general of Manufacturing Technology Professional Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, the standing committee member of Machinery Industry Automation Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, the committee member of Group & Intelligent Integration Technology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society.
